From the bottom of my heart,I want you to know that all of you have made this the absolute best year yet for me. 2012 was fantastic but I have a feeling that 2013 is going to be a great year.

I have some adjustments that are on the way to the site and you are about to see a LOT more fantasy work from me as I have decided that it is where I am happiest.

I am not abandoning the landscapes and still lifes that made me who I am, I am just going to choose those a little more selectively in the future so they are more special than ever before.

So now that we are 3 days into 2013 and its already barreling out the door with all the excitement and intoxicating joy of a little kid on the first day of summer I ask you to hang on tight and pretend its a plan. Things are about to get wild.

Twilight Comics recently asked me to create a new forest elemental image for their generic in-store game tokens. Lucky for me I just downloaded some new photoshop brushes that I have been dying to break in. This is the un-cropped image that will be available as prints at this years Strange Folk Festival, followed shortly by Twilight Comics, and then Mindworks Gallery.

I clearly seem to be on Comic book overload this week. This was just messing around with some new PD brushes and well...again about 20 minutes later I had this. I am not sure where some of this stuff comes from, but I won't complain.

This was supposed to be a warm up sketch. 30 Minutes later is had gone a bit farther than I intended. Not that that's a bad thing mind you. : )

This is hopefully the first of a few cards and other gaming related products I will be providing art for in the upcoming months. The orginal paintings these are based on are also available in the store.

Here is another painting for the top secret project I have been working on with Twilight Comics,  the last few weeks. If you follow me on facebook or twitter you have heard me allude to this project a few times, but I am not yet able to talk about it yet. Until I can, the original oil painting is available in the store now.

The original Nightmare worm will be available at Twilight Comics starting this week. This was created as part of a commission for a project that Twilight is putting together that I can't talk about yet. But they only need the image, you can have the original! I would advise you to snag it quick though, because paintings have not been hanging around the store for very long lately. I will update this post as soon as its available in the store.
